Are vehicles regularly maintained and serviced
Yes, our vehicles are checked after every rental and minor service after every 5000km. Moreover, suspension is regularly checked.
can you please explain more on how mileage and excess mileage works
Mileage is the control on usage we put on a car to minimize abuse of the vehicles Each daily rental comes with 200kms mileage. Which you can use how you wish regardless of being in Harare or going outside Harare. But ultimately not exceeding 200kms Its important to note that Mileage accumulates meaning if you rent for two days you get 400kms , three day 600kms etc. such that after 15 days it automatically becomes Unlimited . So rentals above 15days automatically have unlimited mileage. Its important to note that exceeding mileage cap means we start charging per KM . ranging from 0.5c per economy cars , 0.65c on Mid SUVs and 0.70c on Trucks
What payment methods are accepted
We accept Mukuru, World Remit , Cash, Innbucks ,EcoCash , International Cards (Swipe or online payments )
Kindly clarify on fuel, like do you give us the car with a fuel tank?
Great question Mr flavian. We give you the car with a quarter tank so when you return the car it should have a quarter tank
Kindly explain to me how long your day is
Our day is 24hours, if we give you the vehicle at 10am in the morning you return the vehicle same time the following day.
